FocusTap — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how FocusTap ("we", "our", or "the App") handles information when you use our mobile application available on the Apple App Store.

1. Information We Collect

FocusTap is designed to respect your privacy. We do not require you to create an account or provide personal information to use the App. The App may collect the following limited data:

• Game progress — scores, statistics, and preferences are stored locally on your device.
• Subscription status — managed by Apple through your Apple ID.
• Advertising identifiers — if you allow tracking, used by our advertising partners to deliver personalized ads.
• Aggregated usage data — anonymized analytics to understand app performance.

2. Third-Party Services

FocusTap uses the following third-party services:

• Google AdMob — to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data. See Google Privacy Policy.
• Apple App Store — for in-app purchases and subscription management. See Apple Privacy Policy.

3. App Tracking Transparency

When you first launch the App, you will be asked whether you allow tracking across other companies' apps and websites. You may decline, and the App will continue to function normally — but ads shown to you will be non-personalized.

4. Children's Privacy

FocusTap is rated 4+ in the App Store. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

5. Subscriptions

FocusTap offers an optional auto-renewable subscription. Subscriptions are processed by Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

6. Your Choices

• You can disable ad tracking in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
• You can delete the App at any time to remove all locally stored data.
• You can manage subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
